My Car Update

My Car Update allows dealers to collect email addresses from every customer that does not currently have an email address in their DMS. With My Car Update, a dealer can automatically call every customer that does not have email address in their record using Voice Plus. The Voice Plus message will give customer a PIN number and a website to visit to update their email address. When the customer updates their email address it is captured and written directly to the dealer’s database. The customer then is given immediate access to their Appointments Plus account where they can set appointments, redeem coupon codes, take surveys, and update their contact information.
